Get Support
You deserve to feel supported. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by expectations, therapy can help you make sense of it all. I take the time to truly understand your world—your relationships, family influences, and the messages you've absorbed that may no longer serve you. We’ll also tap into your strengths—your community, your identity, and the meaningful connections that ground you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns holding you back and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Difficult emotions like shame, fear, or guilt don’t have to be faced alone. As Audre Lorde said, we’ll find the words for what you haven’t been able to say yet." Navigating the world with marginalized identities comes with unique challenges, and the weight of societal pressures can make it even harder to find balance and self-compassion. You don’t have to keep carrying it all on your own. Therapy is a space to reclaim your voice, challenge what’s been placed on you, and build a path that feels right for you. Let’s take that step together.
To the parent who knows their child isn’t “bad, lazy, or not smart enough” but feels unsure how to best support them—I’m here to help you find solutions.
To the person who, no matter how they do or try, still feels overwhelmed by thoughts of “I should be doing more” or “I’m not good enough”—you are more than enough.
To the person who has walked a path of hardship and felt dismissed or unseen—you are not alone.
To the person who constantly feels out of place, struggling to find someone who truly “gets” them—I see you, and I’m here for you.
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy is a space to explore emotions, clarify values, and make changes that feel right for you—not just what others expect. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, strengthen connections, and work toward a more authentic life. I’ll be honest when you need it, supportive when it’s hard, and always focused on what helps you move forward.
What to Expect:
In our sessions, we’ll talk through challenges, practice tools for managing emotions, and try exercises that offer immediate insight into how you navigate life’s obstacles. It’s about creating lasting change, not just quick fixes.
Investment:
Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I understand that affordability matters. Sessions are 50 minutes via telehealth at $225 with a doctoral-level psychologist. While I don’t take insurance, I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you have any questions about coverage or the process, I’m happy to help.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, let’s connect.
